Is a masters degree in broadcast journalism better or an undergraduate degree better?

I definitely want to be a news reporter. I am wondering is it better to study political science before?
Or if you really want to be a journalist, is it better to do a full-fledged undergraduate degree in journalism?
I would not mind leaving print journalism as a small option, but I assure you that my full interests lie in Broadcasting. Any suggestions, please? My basic question is: I want to take the route which takes me to Broadcast Media in the fastest possible way.
